Your Role Provide subject matter experience with MOM/MES and industrial automation Participate in solutioning, pre-sales, responding to RFI/RFPs Assist in conducting digital manufacturing readiness assessments Performs evaluation of technology standards, tools/products and solutions to make rational design decisions from both a business and technical perspective Influence architectural strategy as technology evolves, with an emphasis on deterministic, re-usable and scalable solutions Work with the data architect(s) to ensure alignment with the current and future architectures for the integration of MES solutions with ERP software and plant automation equipment Assist in feasibility studies, producing high-level business models, and preparing business cases Deliver the IIoT solutions Develop the use cases and execute the use cases Your Profile A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field preferred 10
years with various manufacturing execution systems experience. (SCADA, MES, SAP, MOM, IIoT etc.) 10
years with industrial control systems (expert level) 5
years of experience supporting software development projects. Past roles may include systems integrator, software developer, and/or systems engineer required Experience in CPG manufacturing industry preferred Familiar with manufacturing business designs, business models, functions, processes, and job roles in manufacturing environments, as well as how they are impacted by digitization and emerging technologies/techniques Significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments in SCADA, MOM/MES and PAC/PLC's , IIoT, troubleshooting, development and sustainability Strong understanding of data analytics (e.g. AI, Cognitive Analytics, MachineLearning) Familiarity with industry standards, such as ANSI/ISA-95 and ANSI/ISA-88 Competency with a range of PLC/PAC/DCS from Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, Honeywell Must have knowledge in Industry 4.0, digital transformation in Manufacturing Experience with Tier-1 MES Platform GE, Rockwell, Wonderware, Hydra, Dassault, SIMATIC-IT Experience with HMI, SCADA, historian Microsoft SQLServer and Terminal Services Hands on experience with OPC UA-DA, XML, HTML, .Net, Visual Basic, C#, Angular, SQL Experience with Agile Enterprise Architecture and Agile Methodologies
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
