For more than 50 years, we've been a wholesale distributor selling STIHL outdoor power equipment to retail dealers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and east Texas.
This is a full-time position that includes a wide array of tasks including taking incoming calls from our customers, keying orders/data entry, assisting our customers on the phone, and answering questions in areas such as pricing and parts-lookup.
Our customer service team also supports additional bookkeeping/clerical functions.
We need someone with fast and accurate keyboarding and 10-key skills, and they must be able to key orders while talking to customers on the phone.
This job also requires excellent multi-tasking skills and a great memory since it is common to have multiple things going on at the same time.
We are looking for a person with excellent attendance and telephone skills including good verbal and listening skills.
We prefer a bookkeeping background, previous work experience in a similar position (including assisting customers with orders via phone) and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
No relocation, so you must be within commuting distance of Malvern.
Please note that this is a clerical/bookkeeping position, not a technical or warehouse position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
